Monthly Roundup March 31st 2006

The month began with another couple of courses. The DAN O2 course was good as a memory jog about a lot of those things I had learnt on my rescue course and looking at other aspects in greater detail. The second course was the NAS Introductory course to Underwater and Foreshore Archaeology….at least I can spell it now! This was a fascinating course and the report of the day is on my NAS page. Hopefully I shall be able to follow this up with some of the other courses and projects that they have to offer.
My writing efforts having borne more fruit in the shape of another article for Travel-Dive, who have now made me one of their writers. The latest article is about the Busselton Jetty in WA one of my favourite dive site on my Australia trip. Busselton Jetty
Here is one of my photos taken under the jetty.

Having consigned my trusty rusty old car to the local scrap yard, I am now the owner of a nice second hand polo estate with low milage. However, this wont be for long as I plan at least a month up in Scotland in the summer doing more exploring of the Highlands and Islands in between my week diving Scapa and week diving Skye.
